SAM Holdings Corporation (formerly SACOM Investment and Development Joint Stock Company – Post Construction Material Plants II esb. 1986) is one of the first two joint stock companies to be listed on Vietnamese Stock Exchange (HOSE: SAM), and is awarded the title “Renovation Hero of Labor”.

Founded in 1986 as Post and Telecommunications Materials Factory No. II, SAM Holdings Corporation was the first enterprise in Vietnam’s postal and telecommunications sector, as well as in Dong Nai Province, to undergo equitization in 1998.
On June 2, 2000, SAM Holdings achieved another significant milestone by becoming one of the first two companies listed on the Vietnam Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SAM, with an initial charter capital of VND 120 billion.
Under the SACOM brand, the Company’s fiber-optic and copper telecommunications cable products are manufactured using advanced technologies from leading European and American partners, including Swisscab and Nextrom (Switzerland), Rosendahl (Austria), and Outokumpu (Finland). These products have been widely distributed throughout Vietnam and exported to several countries across the region.
Production Capacity
From its origins as a manufacturer and distributor of telecommunications cables, SAM Holdings has evolved into a diversified investment group. Guided by a long-term growth strategy, the Company has successfully expanded into multiple sectors, including financial investment, residential real estate development, resort real estate, and high-tech agriculture.
Through strategic planning and effective execution across different stages of development, SAM Holdings has continuously strengthened its market position and expanded its operations. As of December 31, 2025, the Company had a charter capital of over VND 3,799 billion, total assets exceeding VND 7,171 billion, and a workforce of more than 650 employees.
