With more than 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Phuong Xuan Thuy is a seasoned business leader specializing in corporate strategy, organizational development, and business operations. Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA), he has built a distinguished career through senior management positions at leading domestic and international organizations.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Thuy has been actively involved in strategic planning, organizational transformation, and operational management, contributing significantly to the sustainable growth and competitiveness of the enterprises he has served.

He currently holds the following positions:

• Member of the Board of Directors of Phu Tho Tourist Service Joint Stock Company
• Member of the Board of Directors of Dam Sen Water Park Corporation
• Chairman of the Board of Directors of Infinity Group Investment Joint Stock Company

In recognition of his extensive management expertise and strategic leadership capabilities, Mr. Phuong Xuan Thuy was elected Member of the Board of Directors of SAM Holdings at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held in Apr 2025.
