Company formation process:

April 10th, 1986

Postal Material II Factory was established in Tan Van crossroad (in accordance with Decision no.28/QD-TCCB signed by Mr.  Dang Van Than – Director General of General Post Office and Telecommunication.)

August 12th, 1989

The company changed its name to Cables and Telecom Materials (in accordance with Decision no.146/QD/TCCB-LD signed by Mr.  Hoang Ban – Deputy Director General of General Post Office and Telecommunication.)

January 1st, 1998

The company converted into Cables and Telecom Materials Joint Stock Company (SACOM) (in accordance with Decision no.75/1998/QD-TCCB signed by Mr.  Mai LiemTruc – Director General of General Post Office and Telecommunication.)

June 2nd, 2000

SACOM Joint Stock Company is one of the first two companies listed on Vietnamese Stock Exchange (HOSE: SAM) (in accordance with Decision no.02/GPPH signed on June 2nd, 2000 by Chairman of State Securities Commission of Vietnam.)

May 14th, 2010

The company renamed to SACOM Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (in accordance with Decision no.122/2010/QD-HDQT signed by Mr.  Ly Kiet – Chairman of the boards)

2017

The company plans to submit the new name SAM Investment Joint Stock Company (SAM Holdings) to shareholders in the next General Meeting

The process of changing the charter capital:

History

January 1st, 1998

Cables and Telecom Material was converted to a joint stock company (SACOM), with the charter capital of VND120 billion (in accordance with Decision no.75/1998/QD-TCCB signed by Mr.  Mai LiemTruc – Director General of General Post Office and Telecommunication.)

March, 2003

Comapny’s Charter capital increased up to VND180 billion.

April 4th, 2006

Comapny’s Charter capital increased up to VND280.8 billion.  (in accordance with Decision no.192/QD-UBCK signed on March 22nd, 2006 by Mr.  Tran Xuan Ha – Chairman of State Securities Commission of Vietnam.)

August 11th, 2006

Comapny’s Charter capital increased up to VND374.4 billion.  (in accordance with Decision no.49/UBCK-DKPH signed on August 4th, 2006 by Mr.  Vu Bang – Chairman of State Securities Commission of Vietnam.)

June 11th, 2007

Comapny’s Charter capital increased up to VND545 billion.  (in accordance with Decision no.88/UBCK-DKCB signed on April 25th, 2007 by Mr.  Vu Bang – Chairman of State Securities Commission of Vietnam.)

March 3rd, 2008

Comapny’s Charter capital increased up to VND654 billion.  (in accordance with Decision no.87/UBCK-QLPH signed on January 10th, 2008 by Mr.  Nguyen The Tho – Manager of The Securities Public Offering Management Department.)

November, 2011

The company completed the procedure for increasing charter capital up to VND1,307,984,320,000.

September 21st, 2015

The company completed the procedure for increasing charter capital up to VND1,802,353,360,000.
