SAM Holdings Corporation (formerly SACOM Investment and Development Joint Stock Company – Post Construction Material Plants II esb. 1986) is one of the first two joint stock companies to be listed on Vietnamese Stock Exchange (HOSE: SAM), and is awarded the title “Renovation Hero of Labor”.

Throughout 20 years of development, from our beginning as amanufacturer and distributor for the telecommunication sector, SAM Holdings have now expanded into other industries to become a leading conglomerate in Vietnam.

SAM Holdings Corporation (formerly SACOM Investment and Development Joint Stock Company – Post Construction Material Plants II esb. 1986) is the first company in Post & Telecommunication sector and within Dong Nai province to incorporate in 1998.

On June 2nd 2000, SAM Inc. officially became one of the first 2 companies to be publicly traded on Vietnam Stock Exchange (HOSE: SAM) with a chartered capital of 120 billion VND.

Optical fiber cable and copper cable offerings under SAM Inc.’s SACOM brand are backed by state-of-the-art technologies from Europe and America such as Swisscab, Nextrom (Switzerland), Rosendahl (Austria) and Outokumpu (Finland) are trusted across Vietnam & neighboring countries.

  • Optical fiber: 1.2 million fiber kilometers/year
  • Copper: 1.5 million kilometers/year

Started as a manufacturer and distributor for the telecommunication sector, SAM Holdings Inc. have now grown into a conglomerate with business operations in financial investment, residential real estate, recreational real estate and agritech.

In 2008, SAM Holdings Inc.’s chartered capital increased to 654 billion VND and book value of capital to 2,208 billion VND.

In accordance with SAM Holdings’ vision of multi-sector growth, the Annual General Meeting in 2010 resolved to increase chartered capital to 1,308 billion VND through share premiums, and in 2015 the company finalized a further increase to 1,802 billion VND.

In 3rd quarter 2016, SAM Holdings have a total asset value of 3,686 billion VND in which owner’s equity account for 2,473 billion VND.
